(Emma H.) What impression do I have about my character?

                                               Delirium

In the book Delirium Lena is a 17 almost 18 year old waiting for the "cure", the cure for love that is. Lena isn't very fond of the whole testing stuff to get the procedure. Lena acts kind of nervous and anxious, because her mom had the procedure done 3 times and all three failed to work. Lena seems like a nice girl and is healthy, except for when it comes to her mothers suicide in which she is depressed and sad. One thing I really like about Lena is that she is optimistic of the future almost like she knows what will happen but doesn't. Overall so far this book really pulls you in and makes you want to keep reading.

  1. I agree with you! I like how she isn't scared for the future, and just wants to get the cure. I sometimes wish she would just run, and live a little though. Great blog post!

  2. I also agree with you. She is scared for the operation, her match, and the evaluation. I think she needs to be a little more like Hana, and not follow all the rules so strictly. Very good post!
