The main conflict of the book Delirium is Man vs Self. I think that is man vs self because Lena is dealing with her feelings of what is right and wrong about the cure. She knows the invalids are dangerous according to the government and knows they don't belong. Her friend Hana had said something that disagreed with the government and she was afraid about what would of happened if anyone had heard and reported it to the government. She seems afraid to do something against the rules the government had set up. She kept on repeating to her self that it was wrong when she left the house in the middle of the night. When Hana had seen her at the party with all of the other uncured she knew kept on saying to herself that it was wrong to be there.
I think that if she continues to act the was she does around the society, her friends and family and herself her situation might not change that much. So far she has not made any choices that complicates her situation or conflict. She might stay on the same track she is on and not cause any harm to anyone. She seems like a obedient person and she won't do anything to put anyone in danger. She may make a choice that changes her in the future. I don't know.
