I think one of Lena's main conflicts is man vs society, because her main problems are the ones the government had made. Such as stress over the evaluations, others doing illegal things, her doing illegal things, etc. None of these things would be a problem if it weren't for the government. She wouldn't have to worry about evaluations if the government didn't make them a thing, and she wouldn't have to worry about things being illegal if the government didn't make interaction with the opposite gender illegal.
I also think another one of Lena's main conflicts are man vs man, because she has to deal with Hana stressing her out and she has to deal with Alex. I don't think Lena will be able to resolve these conflicts without causing some kind of harm, especially harm with her and Hana's friendship. I think that Lena will do something to resolve these conflicts, but she might mess up a lot of things in the process.
