I rated lena in between the middle and strong because she isn't afraid to run away to the wilds. She is even brave enough to sneak out past curfew almost every night. Lena is brave and strong. She isn't afraid to break the rules for something(or someone) she feels is worth the risk.
Most of our group put lena near the strong section. We all felt the same. We feel that lena is a strong and powerful young women and we believe she will do great things. Though sometimes she is scared she will always do the right thing.
Yes, I believe that lena will continue to move up on the scale until she is directly on the strong section. lena started out weak but has progressed quickly to be more strong. I think that she will be even more strong by the end of the book.
I really like your opinion on this. What was holding you back from putting her all the way at the strong section?
ReplyDeleteVery good opinions! But I have to disagree. I think Lena is more weak and becoming strong. She isn't like Hana in the sense of being confident and brave, but Alex is helping her become more of those things. Good post!
